In most cases, medical care is available on a walk-in basis. For services that require more time, such as an annual physical, an appointment is necessary to prevent a long wait for yourself and others. Also, as the clinic nears closing time, ExpressCare will stop taking patients early if the amount of people waiting cannot be cared for before the clinic’s closing hour.

During times when there are many people needing medical attention, wait times can be longer and we ask for your patience as every patient deserves quality medical attention. During these busy times, the wait can average 30-45 minutes. Since the amount of people waiting and their needs are diverse, ExpressCare can only offer a rough estimate on how long the wait may be at any given time.
