Self-Pay Patients:

  • New Patient Office Visit Pricing Range: $122 – $318
  • Established Patient Office Visit Pricing Range: $117 – $225

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Additional charges apply for any labwork, x-rays, procedures, etc. Some labwork may require out-of-house lab services which may result in a separate bill. You have the right to refuse any additional services. If you have any concerns about the cost of certain services, please alert your nurse or provider; they will make every effort to inform you of additional expenses. Pricing is not finalized until your visit has been processed by the billing department.

Insured Patients:

Care Medical Group is a member of Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) insurance plans.* If we are a preferred provider for your insurance company and your coverage has been verified, the applicable copayment is expected at the time of service. Any charges not covered or not fully paid by your insurance company will be your responsibility, including amounts applied to deductible or coinsurance. Please call your insurance company if you have any questions regarding your specific insurance plan or benefits.

*At this time, Care Medical Group does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare, Molina, or DSHS, nor do we currently participate in any Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) insurance plans such as Group Health. If we do not accept your insurance company, we are able to courtesy bill certain insurance companies once your visit has been paid in full; ask the front desk if you would like to pursue this option. Please note that we do not bill as an urgent care facility.
